该系统软件完成以下功能：
1． 上电时电子种方式显示当前时间。
2． 设置按键进入设置状态，可以重新设置新时间值，结果写入8583。设置完成后电子种方式显示当前时间。
3． 实时监测外部8个故障点，一旦故障记录其发生时间和恢复时间。
4． 上位机传来命令字0xaa向上位机发送实时检测结果。（自定义通讯协议）。
